Danny Masterson accuses Leah Remini of influencing his rape accusers to return ahead, seeks delay in case


Danny Masterson is asking for extra time to defend himself towards expenses of rape — anad he is blaming actress Leah Remini.

Masterson filed papers in Los Angeles this week alleging that Remini’s well-documented marketing campaign towards The Church of Scientology is extending to his court docket case. 

In accordance with TMZ, which obtained the paperwork, Masterson, 45, is claiming Remini pushed for the three girls — all Jane Does — in his case to make stories to the Los Angeles Police Division, with two of them solely popping out with their allegations after being urged to by Remini.

Masterson’s papers maintain that Remini’s movie star has prosecution “starstruck” and additional alleges that she has a detailed relationship with LAPD detectives, “even utilizing them as her private safety,” per TMZ.

Masterson pleaded not responsible to raping three girls in January after being arrested in June 2020. The actor allegedly raped a 23-year-old girl within the winter of 2001 and a 28-year-old girl in April 2003 and has additionally been charged with raping one other 23-year-old girl between fall and winter of 2003.
